If you're in the center of Arua, start at Arua Main Market. From there, head towards the main road, which is known as A-1. Walk straight along A-1 for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with Oluko Road. At this junction, turn left onto Oluko Road. Continue walking for about 500 meters, and you will see the Borderlands Rural Crafts Center on your right. Look for the signs that indicate the handicraft fair.
