Follow the road signs to Jinja, which is approximately 80 kilometers away and will take around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. As you approach Jinja, keep an eye out for signs directing you to the Kyabazinga Highway. The Jinja Nile Bridge is located on the Kyabazinga Highway, and you will see it as you get closer to the city. There is no specific toll to cross the bridge, but parking may incur a small fee depending on your chosen spot.

To reach the Jinja Nile Bridge by public transportation, you can take a matatu (shared taxi) from Kampala to Jinja. Head to the Namayumba Bus Terminal in Kampala, where you will find matatus heading to Jinja. The fare is usually around 3,000 to 5,000 UGX (about $1) depending on the matatu and time of day.
