If you're starting from the center of Gulu, head south on Jomo Kenyatta Road. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Atwal Road. GUBED is located above Jetset Forex Bureau, which is a recognizable landmark. If you reach the Gulu Main Market, you have walked too far; turn back north on Jomo Kenyatta Road and continue until you see Jetset Forex Bureau on your right.
