Getting there

Bicycle

If you are in the central area of Kampala, start by heading towards the Old Taxi Park. From there, take Jinja Road and cycle towards the eastern part of the city. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Nakawa Road. Turn left here and continue biking until you reach the roundabout near the Nakawa Market. From the roundabout, take the exit towards Port Bell Road. Cycle on Port Bell Road until you reach the intersection with Sentema Road. Turn right onto Sentema Road, and continue cycling for about 1 km until you reach Kiweewa's Tombs, which will be on your left.

Walking

If you are starting from the central area of Kampala, head towards the Old Taxi Park. From there, walk to Jinja Road and cross to the other side. Continue walking straight down Jinja Road until you reach the Nakawa Market roundabout. From the roundabout, take the exit towards Port Bell Road. Walk along Port Bell Road until you reach the Sentema Road intersection. Turn right onto Sentema Road and continue walking for about 1 km. Kiweewa's Tombs will be located on your left side.

Public Transport (Boda Boda)

To reach Kiweewa's Tombs using a boda boda, go to any boda boda stage in Kampala, such as near the Old Taxi Park. Tell the rider you want to go to Kiweewa's Tombs on Sentema Road. The journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. The rider should drop you off directly at the entrance of Kiweewa's Tombs.

Public Transport (Matatu)

From Kampala's city center, locate a matatu heading towards Rubaga. Board the matatu and inform the conductor you want to get off at Sentema Road. After about 30 minutes, the conductor will inform you when to disembark. Once you get off, walk along Sentema Road for about 10 minutes, and you will find Kiweewa's Tombs on your left.
