Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the central area of Kampala, start at the famous Uganda Museum located at 5-7 Kira Road. Head south towards the main road (Kampala Road). Once you reach Kampala Road, turn left and walk for about 15-20 minutes. You will pass by various shops and local eateries on your way. Keep an eye out for notable landmarks like the Uganda Commercial Bank on your right and the National Theatre on your left as you approach the busy part of the city. Continue walking straight until you reach Plot 17/19 Kampala Road, where you will find Kampala Boulevard. It's a well-known shopping mall, so you can ask locals if you need further directions.

• Boda Boda (Motorcycle Taxi)

  If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a boda boda from any popular spot in Kampala. Simply tell the rider you want to go to Kampala Boulevard located at Plot 17/19 Kampala Road. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting the ride. The ride should take approximately 10 minutes, depending on traffic. They will drop you off right at the entrance of the shopping mall.

• Public Taxi (Matatu)

  For a budget-friendly option, you can take a matatu (shared taxi). Head to the nearest matatu stage and look for one heading towards Kampala Road. Once on board, inform the conductor that you are going to Kampala Boulevard. It’s best to ask the conductor or fellow passengers when to get off, as they are usually familiar with the landmarks. Disembark at the nearest stop to Plot 17/19 Kampala Road, and from there, it's just a short walk to the mall.
