From the center of Masaka, head east on the main road towards Bukakata Road. Continue straight for about 3 kilometers until you see the sign for Lake Nabugabo on your right. Turn right here onto a dirt road and follow it for about 1 kilometer. Uganda Colobus Tours will be on your left at Plot 30/37.
