If you are driving from the center of Tororo, head east on Main Street (also known as Tororo - Mbale Road). Continue for about 1 kilometer until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Bazaar Street. Town Lodge Tororo is located at No 9, Bazaar Street, on your left-hand side. Look for the sign outside the hotel.
Public Transport (Matatu)
To reach Town Lodge Tororo using a matatu, find a matatu heading towards Mbale from the main bus terminal in Tororo. Once you board, inform the driver that you want to get off at Bazaar Street. The fare is typically around 1,000 UGX (Ugandan Shillings). Get off at the Bazaar Street stop, then walk about 200 meters back towards the town center. Town Lodge Tororo will be on your left at No 9, Bazaar Street.
Boda Boda (Motorcycle Taxi)
For a quicker option, you can take a boda boda from anywhere in Tororo. Simply tell the rider to take you to Town Lodge Tororo on Bazaar Street. The ride should cost around 2,000 to 3,000 UGX depending on your starting location. Make sure to negotiate the fare before you start your journey. The boda boda will drop you off right outside the hotel.
