If you are traveling by car, start by heading towards the main roads connecting various towns in the Western Region. Ensure you have a GPS or a reliable map. From towns like Fort Portal or Mbarara, you can take the A104 road towards Kampala. Follow the signs to Kampala, and as you approach the city, look for signs directing you to Naguru. Once in Naguru, navigate to Plot 17, 18 Naguru Dr, where Forest Cottages is located. Parking is available on-site.
Public Transport
For public transportation, you can take a bus or a taxi (commonly known as 'matatus') from your location in the Western Region to Kampala. Buses frequently leave from major towns like Fort Portal or Mbarara to Kampala. Upon arrival at the main bus terminal in Kampala, you can take a local taxi or boda boda (motorcycle taxi) to Naguru. Make sure to inform the driver that you are heading to Plot 17, 18 Naguru Dr, as they are familiar with the area. The taxi fare may vary from UGX 10,000 to UGX 20,000 depending on traffic and distance.
