From the center of University Hill, head east towards Turets'ka Street. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Kotsyubynskoho Street. Turn left onto Kotsyubynskoho Street and walk for another 200 meters. You will see Turets'ka Krynytsya on your right at Turets'ka St, 30. The landmark is a historical site, and you can enjoy the surroundings as you approach.

If you prefer to take public transport, find the nearest bus stop in University Hill. Take bus number 3 or 7 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Tsentralnyy Rynok' stop. From there, walk north along Turets'ka Street for about 400 meters. Turets'ka Krynytsya will be on your left. The bus fare is approximately 8 UAH.
