If you are traveling by car, start by entering the address into your GPS: Kontraktova Square, Kyiv, 02000. Note that this monument is located in Kyiv, not Dnieper. If you are already in Dnieper, you will need to drive approximately 170 kilometers (about 2.5 hours) to Kyiv. Take the M18 highway from Dnieper to Kyiv. Once you arrive in Kyiv, follow the signs to the Podil's'kyi district, where Kontraktova Square is located. Parking may be available nearby, but be prepared for potential fees.

Public Transportation (Train)
To reach the Gregory Skovoroda Monument from Dnieper using public transportation, head to the Dnieper train station. Purchase a ticket to Kyiv (Kyiv-Passazhyrskyi). The journey takes around 3-4 hours. Once you arrive at the Kyiv train station, you can take the metro. Board the metro at the Vokzalna station (red line) and travel towards Khreshchatyk (5 stops). Transfer to the blue line at Maidan Nezalezhnosti station and travel towards Heroiv Dnipra. Get off at Kontraktova Ploshcha station. From there, it's a short walk to the monument.

Another option is to take a bus from Dnieper to Kyiv. Buses depart from the Dnieper bus station frequently and the journey takes approximately 3-4 hours. Purchase a ticket at the station. Once you arrive at the Kyiv bus station, you can take metro line 1 (red line) from the nearby Vokzalna station to Maidan Nezalezhnosti, then transfer to the blue line. Get off at Kontraktova Ploshcha station, and walk to the monument.
