From Dnieper, head to the Dnipro Train Station and take a train to Kyiv. Trains run frequently, and the journey takes about 3-4 hours. Upon arrival at Kyiv's main train station, you can take the Metro. Take the Metro Line 1 (Red Line) towards 'Aeroport' and transfer at 'Teatralna' station to Line 2 (Blue Line) towards 'Lisova'. Get off at 'Kreschatyk' station, which is nearby the Shevchenkivs'kyi district. From there, it is a short walk to the Spiritual Treasures of Ukraine.

You can also take a bus from Dnieper to Kyiv. Buses leave regularly from the Central Bus Station in Dnieper and the journey takes about 4-5 hours. Once you arrive at the Kyiv Bus Station, you can either take a taxi or use public transport. If you prefer public transport, take the Metro Line 1 (Red Line) from 'Vystavkovyi Tsentr' station to 'Teatralna', then switch to Line 2 (Blue Line) and get off at 'Kreschatyk' station.
