Walk straight along Sumska Street for about 700 meters. You will pass various shops and cafes on your left and right. Keep an eye out for the tall building that resembles a tower; this is a good landmark to ensure you're on the right path. After approximately 10 minutes of walking, you will see the Taras Shevchenko Monument located in the small park area on your left, just before the intersection with Pushkinska Street.

    If you prefer a quicker option, you can take the trolleybus from Constitution Square. Locate the nearest trolleybus stop at the edge of the square. Look for trolleybus number 7, which travels towards the city center. Board the trolleybus and ride for 3 stops. Get off at the 'Taras Shevchenko Monument' stop. From there, the monument will be directly in front of you, just a short walk away. Note: A single ticket costs approximately 8 UAH and can be purchased at the stop or on board.
