From Constitution Square, head south towards the main road (Sumska Street). Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with 23-ho Serpnya Street. Turn left onto 23-ho Serpnya Street. The Monument to the Soldier-Liberator will be on your right side after a short walk of approximately 200 meters.
Public Transportation - Tram

From Constitution Square, walk to the nearest tram stop, which is located on Sumska Street. Take tram number 7 or 20 in the direction of the Shevchenko Park. Travel for about 4 stops and then get off at the '23-ho Serpnya St' stop. From there, walk about 100 meters south along 23-ho Serpnya Street, and the Monument to the Soldier-Liberator will be on your left.
Public Transportation - Bus

Head to the nearest bus stop on Sumska Street from Constitution Square. Catch bus number 115 or 119. Ride for approximately 5 stops until you reach the '23-ho Serpnya St' stop. Disembark and walk about 150 meters towards the south on 23-ho Serpnya Street to find the Monument to the Soldier-Liberator on your right.
