The monument is hard to miss due to its impressive size and the surrounding park area.

If you prefer to take public transport, you can catch a bus from Svobody Square. Look for bus stops along Sumska Street. Take bus number 40 or 115, which will take you towards the city center. Get off at the 'Shevchenko Park' stop, which is two stops away. From there, the Taras Shevchenko Monument is a short 5-minute walk. Head west on Sumska Street, and you will see the monument ahead.
