From Kherson city, take the E58 highway heading northwest towards the village of Kakhovka. Continue on the E58 for approximately 50 km until you reach the town of Kakhovka. From Kakhovka, follow the signs to the village of Oleshky. Take a left onto the T2208 road towards the Dzharylhach ferry terminal (located at 46.0243, 32.8927). Once you arrive at the ferry terminal, park your car and purchase a ferry ticket to Dzharylhach Island. The ferry ride takes about 30-40 minutes.
