Getting There

Walking
If you're starting from the central market (Tsentralnyi Rynok), exit the market and head south on Proskurivska Street. Continue straight for about 700 meters until you reach the intersection with Shevchenka Street. Turn left onto Shevchenka Street and walk for another 300 meters. You will see Nezalezhnosti Square on your right, recognizable by its open space and central fountain.

From the main bus station (Avtovokzal), take bus number 35 towards the city center. Get off at the stop named 'Ploshcha Nezalezhnosti' (Independence Square). The square is directly in front of you as you exit the bus. Alternatively, you can take any bus that goes towards the central market and then follow the walking directions from there.
