Metro
Start your journey at the nearest metro station, which is 'Andriyivskyi Descent' (Andriyivska Church). From there, take the metro to 'Kontraktova Ploshcha' station on the blue line (Line M1). After exiting the metro, head towards the exit that leads to Kontraktova Square. Once outside, turn right and walk along the riverbank until you reach the intersection with Andriyivskyi Descent. Follow Andriyivskyi Descent uphill for about 15 minutes until you see the Castle of Richard Lionheart on your left at number 15.

Walking
If you're starting from the central area near Independence Square (Maidan Nezalezhnosti), walk towards the nearby 'Khreshchatyk' street and make your way to the 'Maidan Nezalezhnosti' metro station. From there, continue walking straight through the 'Vladimirsky' pedestrian street. As you reach the top, turn left onto Andriyivskyi Descent. Walk along Andriyivskyi Descent for about 20 minutes, and you'll find the Castle of Richard Lionheart at number 15 on your right.

If you're at the main bus terminal (Avtovokzal), look for bus number 114 that goes to 'Kontraktova Ploshcha.' Once you arrive at Kontraktova Ploshcha, follow the same directions provided for the metro option: head towards the riverbank, turn right, and walk up Andriyivskyi Descent for about 15 minutes. The Castle of Richard Lionheart will be on your left.
