From the Lutsk Central Market (Rynok), head south on Vynnychenka Street towards Kafedralna Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Kafedralna Street. Turn right onto Kafedralna Street and walk for about 10 minutes. You will see the Vladycha Tower on your left. The Museum of Bells is located inside the tower.

From the Lutsk Central Bus Station, take bus number 9 or 15 heading towards Kafedralna. Get off at the stop named 'Kafedralna Street'. After getting off, walk back towards the intersection and turn left onto Kafedralna Street. The Vladycha Tower will be a short walk ahead on your left side, where the Museum of Bells is located.
