If you are starting from Lviv's city center (Rynok Square), exit the square and head towards the main street, Halytska Street. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Stryiska Street. Turn right onto Stryiska Street and continue walking for another 300 meters. You will come to a park area; enter the park and follow the signs leading to Lviv High Castle. The trail will take you uphill through some beautiful greenery. After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you will reach the entrance to Lviv High Castle.

From Lviv's city center (Rynok Square), walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Halytska Street. Look for bus number 29 or 33. Board the bus and ride for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the stop named 'Zalizniy Vokzal'. Once you get off, walk along Stryiska Street towards the park entrance. Enter the park and follow the walking paths leading up to Lviv High Castle. The walk from the bus stop to the castle will take around 15 minutes.
