Walking
If you are starting from the city center, head southwest toward Shevchenka Street. Walk along the street until you reach the intersection with Hnatyuka Street. Turn left onto Hnatyuka Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Stryiskyi Street. Turn right onto Stryiskyi Street, and you will find Stryiskyi Park on your left side after a short walk.

From the city center, take bus number 3 or 8 from the nearest bus stop. You can board the bus at the bus stop near the Opera House. Ride the bus for about 10-15 minutes, and get off at the 'Stryiskyi Park' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk straight ahead and you will find the entrance to Stryiskyi Park.
