If you are starting from the Poltava Regional Museum, exit the museum and head southeast on Kovalya Street towards Sobornyi Square. Continue straight for about 800 meters until you reach Sobornyi Square. The Ivan Mazepa Monument is located right at the center of the square.

From the Poltava Central Train Station, exit the station and turn left onto Kovalivka Street. Walk straight for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Sobornyi Square. Turn right and walk a short distance to find the Ivan Mazepa Monument at the center of the square.

Take bus number 9 from any nearby bus stop to the Sobornyi Square stop. Once you get off the bus, walk a few steps towards the center of the square, and you will see the Ivan Mazepa Monument prominently displayed.

If you are coming from the Poltava Botanical Garden, exit the garden and head northwest towards the main road. Turn left onto the main road and continue for about 1.2 kilometers until you arrive at Sobornyi Square. The Ivan Mazepa Monument will be visible in the center.
