If you are starting from the center of Poltava, head southeast on Sobornosti Street (Соборності вулиця) towards Teatralna Street (Театральна вулиця). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Pylypa Orlyka Street (вулиця Пилипа Орлика). Turn left onto Pylypa Orlyka Street and walk for about 1 kilometer. Sonyachnyy Park will be on your right at number 18 on Pylypa Orlyka Street. Look for the park entrance which features a welcoming sign.

From the central bus station (Автовокзал), take bus number 6 or 10. These buses run frequently and will take you directly towards the Shevchenkivskyi District. Get off at the 'Pylypa Orlyka' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk for about 200 meters back along the road, and you will see the entrance to Sonyachnyy Park on your left at number 18 on Pylypa Orlyka Street.
