If you are starting from the Poltava Regional Museum, head east on Sobornosti Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Pushkina Street. Turn left onto Pushkina Street and walk for about 800 meters. You will cross over a small park area. Cathedral Square will be on your right, just past the intersection with Kovalivka Street.

From the Poltava Train Station, exit the station and turn right onto Kovalivka Street. Follow Kovalivka Street as it curves left and merges onto Pushkina Street. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers, then turn right onto Sobornosti Street. Cathedral Square will be ahead on your left.
