Car
From the center of Pylypets, head southwest on the main road (H09). Continue for about 5 km until you see signs for Hora Ryapetsʹka. Turn left onto the secondary road which leads into the mountains. Follow this road for approximately 3 km. You will reach a parking area where you can leave your car. The trailhead to Hora Ryapetsʹka starts here.
Public Transportation
To reach Hora Ryapetsʹka using public transportation, start at the central bus station in Pylypets. Look for a bus heading towards the nearby village of Pidhorodtsi. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes. Once you get off at Pidhorodtsi, you can either walk approximately 2 km towards the foot of Hora Ryapetsʹka or wait for a local taxi, which should cost around 50 UAH to take you directly to the trailhead.
Hiking
Upon reaching the trailhead, prepare for a hike up to Hora Ryapetsʹka. The trail is well-marked and typically takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to reach the summit. Ensure you bring water and snacks, as there are no facilities along the way.
