Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from the center of Yaremche, head east on H09 highway. After approximately 2 kilometers, make a right turn onto a smaller road that leads towards the forested area. Follow this road for about 1 km until you see a small parking area on your left. Park your car here. From the parking area, you will need to walk for about 500 meters on a marked trail that leads directly to Krayevyd Pid Makovytseyu.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Krayevyd Pid Makovytseyu via public transportation, first, you need to take a local bus or marshrutka (minibus) from the central bus station in Yaremche. Look for buses heading towards the Ivano-Frankivsk region and ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Krayevyd Pid Makovytseyu. The fare is typically around 20-30 UAH. After getting off, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 kilometers along the road and then follow the marked trail for another 500 meters to reach your destination.

• Walking from Local Landmarks

  If you are near the Yaremche Waterfall, you can start your journey from there. Walk north on the main road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the H09 highway. From there, turn left and continue for about 1 kilometer. Look for a small path on your right that leads into the woods. Follow this path for 500 meters to reach Krayevyd Pid Makovytseyu.
