Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the Abu Dhabi city center. Head east on Sheikh Zayed the First Street (formerly known as Airport Road) toward the Al Reem Island. Continue onto the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Highway (E12) and follow the signs for the Abu Dhabi Corniche. After about 10 km, take the exit toward Al Maryah Island. Once on Al Maryah Island, continue straight until you reach the junction with the Al Bateen Street. Turn left, and then take the next right onto Rabdan Street. Follow Rabdan Street for about 2 km until you reach Bawabat Abu Dhabi, where you will find Mangroves Marina. Parking is available, but be aware that some areas may have parking fees.

  For those using public transportation, begin your journey at any major bus station in Abu Dhabi, such as the Abu Dhabi Central Bus Station. Take Bus 54 towards Al Bateen and disembark at the Bawabat Abu Dhabi stop. From there, it is a short walk of approximately 1 km to Mangroves Marina. Follow the signs toward Rabdan Street and continue straight until you reach the marina. Note that bus fares vary, but a single journey costs around AED 2-3.

  Using a taxi or ride-hailing service like Careem or Uber is a convenient option. Simply input 'Mangroves Marina' or 'Bawabat Abu Dhabi' as your destination. The fare from Abu Dhabi city center will typically range from AED 30 to AED 50, depending on traffic conditions. This method provides a direct route and the drivers are familiar with the area.
