Car

If you are traveling by car, start from the city center of Abu Dhabi. Head east on Sheikh Zayed the First Street (also known as 1st Street) and take the exit onto the Abu Dhabi-Al Ain Road (E22) towards Al Ain. Continue on E22 for approximately 20 kilometers. Take the exit toward Al Bahyah, then merge onto 12th Street. Emirates Park Zoo and Resort will be on your right-hand side. Look for the large signage indicating the entrance. Note that there is an entry fee to the zoo, so prepare to pay at the gate.
Public Transportation

For those using public transportation, you can take Bus 54 from the Abu Dhabi Central Bus Station. The bus will take you towards Al Ain. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Emirates Park Zoo and Resort. From there, it is a short walk.
