From Ajman, head to the Ajman Bus Station located at Al Ittihad Road. Take the E303 bus towards Dubai. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Deira City Centre stop. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to the Makateb Building located at Port Saeed, Dubai. If you choose to walk, head southwest towards Al Garhoud Bridge, then turn left onto Al Maktoum Road. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the Makateb Building on your right.
Taxi

You can easily find a taxi from various locations in Ajman. Simply tell the driver that you want to go to 'Makateb Building, Port Saeed, Dubai'. The ride will take around 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at Office 714 inside the building.
Metro

Start by taking a taxi or local bus to the nearest metro station, which is the Al Rigga Metro Station in Dubai. From Ajman, this may take about 30 minutes. Once at Al Rigga, take the Red Line towards UAE Exchange. Get off at the Deira City Centre station. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to the Makateb Building. If walking, head southwest towards the Al Maktoum Road and follow the instructions mentioned in the bus guidance.
