Bus
From your current location in Ajman, head to the nearest bus station. Look for buses heading to Dubai. You can take any bus that goes to Al Ghubaiba Bus Station. Once you arrive at Al Ghubaiba, transfer to bus number 64, which will take you directly to Deira. Get off at the Al Maktoum Road stop. From there, walk for about 5 minutes towards Al Rigga Al Buteen Building, which should be visible on your left.

If you are near the Ajman Corniche, take a taxi or a bus to the nearest metro station, which is the Union Metro Station in Dubai. From Union Station, take the Green Line towards Creek. Get off at Al Rigga Metro Station. Once you exit the station, head south on Al Rigga Street and continue walking for about 10 minutes. You will reach Al Maktoum Road, where Al Rigga Al Buteen Building is located.

Hail a taxi from your location in Ajman. Inform the driver that you want to go to 'Al Rigga Al Buteen Building, Al Maktoum Rd, Deira'. The ride should take approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic. The taxi will drop you off right at the building.
