Car
If you are driving from Al Batinah Coast, take the E44 highway (Oman-UAE Road) heading towards Dubai. Continue on E44 until you merge onto Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) towards Dubai. Stay on Sheikh Zayed Road for about 70 kilometers. Follow the signs for Jumeirah and take the exit toward Palm Jumeirah. Once on the Palm Jumeirah, follow Crescent Road until you reach Atlantis, The Palm. Parking is available at the resort, but be aware of parking fees that may apply.

Public Transportation
To reach Atlantis, The Palm via public transportation from Al Batinah Coast, first take a bus or taxi to Muscat International Airport. From there, you can catch a direct flight to Dubai International Airport. Once you arrive at Dubai International Airport, take the Dubai Metro (Red Line) towards Rashidiya and get off at the Mall of the Emirates station. From there, you can take a taxi or a ride-sharing service directly to Atlantis, The Palm, which is about 20 minutes away. Expect to pay for both the metro fare and the taxi.
