Start from the center of Dibba Al-Fujairah. Locate the main road, which is the E99 highway. Head northeast on the E99 highway until you reach the roundabout at Al-Fujairah Hospital. Take the first exit at the roundabout and continue straight until you see the sign for Jazerat Alhisn. Follow the signs for Jazerat Alhisn and turn left onto Street Number 13. Continue along Street Number 13 until you arrive at Neptune Diving Center on your left.

Find the nearest bus stop in Dibba Al-Fujairah. Look for a bus heading towards Al-Fujairah or Jazerat Alhisn. Board the bus and inform the driver you are heading to Street Number 13. Get off at the nearest stop to Jazerat Alhisn. From there, walk towards Street Number 13, and follow it until you see Neptune Diving Center on your left.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Dibba Al-Fujairah and head towards the E99 highway. Ride north on the E99 until you reach the roundabout at Al-Fujairah Hospital.
