Once you reach the mall, look for the Burj Khalifa entrance, which is clearly marked. The 'At The Top' ticketing area is located on the lower ground level (Unit LG-089).

You can take a bus to the 'Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall' stop. Buses are frequent and can be boarded from various locations across Dubai. Once you get off at the stop, walk towards the Dubai Mall, which is a short distance away.
