Start your journey at the nearest Metro station based on your location. If you are in the downtown area, the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station is a great starting point. Take the Red Line towards UAE Exchange and get off at the Business Bay Metro Station. From there, take the exit towards Al Asayel Street and head towards Burj Khalifa Street.

Once you arrive at the Business Bay Metro Station, you can also take a public bus. Look for Bus 27 or Bus 29 which serves the Business Bay area. Get off at the Tamani Art Building stop. The Hot Air Balloon Dubai is located in Office 1055 within the Tamani Art Building.

Walking
If you prefer to walk from the Business Bay Metro Station, exit towards Al Asayel Street, then turn left onto Burj Khalifa Street. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Tamani Art Building on your right. The office is located on the first floor, Office 1055.

Alternatively, you can use a taxi or a ride-hailing service like Uber or Careem. Simply input 'Tamani Art Building - Office 1055 - Burj Khalifa St - Business Bay - Dubai' as your destination. The driver will drop you off right at the building entrance.
