The walk is quite scenic, with beautiful views of the surrounding architecture and the Dubai Fountain. It typically takes about 10-15 minutes to reach the entrance.

If you're a bit farther from Burj Khalifa, you can take the Dubai Metro. The nearest station is the 'Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall' station on the Red Line. After exiting the train, follow the signs to the 'Dubai Mall' and then towards Burj Khalifa. The station is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Burj Khalifa entrance. Note that the Metro operates from 5 AM to midnight on weekdays, and until 1 AM on weekends. A single journey ticket costs AED 3-8 depending on the zones you travel through.
