If you are driving from Fujairah Beach, start by heading southwest on Al Ghuwaifat Road towards Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Road (E99). Continue on E99 for approximately 13 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Fujairah City. Once you reach a roundabout, take the second exit onto Al Ittihad Road (E89). Follow this road for about 15 kilometers until you see signs for Safad Dam. Turn right onto the unpaved road that leads to the dam. There is no entrance fee, but be sure to check the condition of the road, especially after rain.
