From Fujairah City Center, take bus number 1 towards Al Ain. The bus stop is located near the Fujairah Mall. Inform the driver you want to get off at Awhala Fort. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Awhala stop, the fort is a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow the road leading towards the mountains; Awhala Fort will be visible as you approach.

You can hail a taxi from any location in Fujairah. Simply ask the driver to take you to Awhala Fort. The journey will take about 25 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will take you directly to the fort entrance, which is located in the Auwhalah area. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your trip.

If you are near Fujairah Fort, you can enjoy a scenic walk to Awhala Fort. Head southeast from Fujairah Fort along the main road. After about 1.5 km, you will reach the intersection with Al Awaiden Road. Turn left and continue straight for about 3 km. Follow the signs for Awhala, and you will arrive at the fort after approximately 45 minutes of walking. This route provides a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape.
