If you are in the central area of Khor Fakkan, start by heading south towards the Corniche. Walk along the waterfront promenade until you reach the Al Rifa’a Mosque. From there, continue towards the Khor Fakkan Beach Park. Once you reach the beach, look for the main road (Al Maktoum Road) and head east along the beach until you see signs for the fort. The fort is located on a hill overlooking the sea, and you will need to climb a set of stairs to reach the entrance.

Locate the nearest bus stop in Khor Fakkan; buses are often marked with route numbers. Board a bus that heads towards Al Gharb, as this area is close to the Portuguese Fort. Follow the signs as you will need to ascend a small hill to reach the fort entrance.
