Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving within Palm Jumeirah, head towards the Marina Residence located on Sheikh Zayed Road. From anywhere on the Palm, follow the main roads leading to the trunk of the Palm, and then take the exit towards Sheikh Zayed Road. You will find Marina Residence on your left. Parking is available nearby, but be mindful of any parking fees that may apply.

• Public Transportation - Tram

  If you are using public transportation, the Dubai Tram is a convenient option. Board the tram at any of the stations on the Palm Jumeirah. If you are near the Al Ittihad Park Tram Station, take the tram towards the Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) station. You will need to get off at the Marina Towers Tram Station. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to Marina Residence. Ensure you have a Nol card for tram fares, which typically costs around 3 AED.

• Taxi

  Taxis are readily available throughout Palm Jumeirah. You can hail a taxi on the street or book one via a rideshare app. Simply provide the driver with the address 'Marina Residence - Sheikh Zayed Road, The Palm Jumeirah'. Taxi fares from most locations within Palm Jumeirah to this destination should range between 15 to 30 AED, depending on traffic conditions.

• Walking

  If you are staying close to Marina Residence, walking can be a pleasant option. Take a stroll along the beachfront or the pathways connecting the various hotels and residences on the Palm. Follow the signs towards Marina Residence. It should take approximately 15-20 minutes to walk from nearby hotels like Atlantis, The Palm or Waldorf Astoria.
