Getting There
Public Bus
If you're starting from Sharjah City Centre, head to the nearest bus stop and take the E303 bus towards Dubai. The bus operates frequently and will take you towards the Dubai border. Get off at the Al Ghubaiba Bus Station in Dubai. From Al Ghubaiba, transfer to the E100 bus heading towards Abu Dhabi and get off at the Burjuman Metro Station. From there, you can take the Red Line Metro towards Rashidiya and get off at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to Dubai Mall, which is about a 10-minute walk.
Metro
If you are near the Al Qusais area, head to the nearest Metro Station (Al Qusais Metro Station). Take the Green Line towards Etisalat and transfer at Union Metro Station to the Red Line. Board the Red Line train heading towards UAE Exchange and get off at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa station. Follow the signs to the exit, and once you are outside, it is a short walk to Dubai Mall, where PlayDXB is located.

You can easily book a taxi or a ride-hailing service such as Careem or Uber through their respective apps. Simply input 'Dubai Mall' as your destination and confirm your ride.
