Once you arrive at Al Ghubaiba Bus Station, transfer to a local bus that goes towards Al Hamriya. Look for bus number 88, which will take you close to the Heritage Area. Get off at the stop for Al Seef Street and from there, it's a short walk to the Museum of Illusions, located at Heritage Area - 7873+RP9 Al Seef.
