At the heart of Errichel lies Thyme Bistro, housed in a stunning stone-built 'round house' inspired by traditional horse gin designs. Chef Paul Newman, with over 30 years in luxury hotel kitchens worldwide, crafts menus from farm-fresh produce, local Scottish ingredients, and global influences. Open for breakfast from 9am, brunch, and lunch until 4pm on select days, with last hot food orders at 2:45pm.
