Take the A4 exit towards Newbury. Continue on the A4 until you reach the roundabout at the junction with the A329. Take the first exit onto the A329. Continue on this road until you reach the junction with Abbot's Walk. Turn left onto Abbot's Walk, and you will find Reading Abbey Ruins on your right. Note that parking may be limited in this area, and you might need to use nearby public parking facilities.

To reach Reading Abbey Ruins by train, take a train to Reading Station, which is well-connected to various locations in Berkshire. Upon arrival at Reading Station, exit the station and walk towards the town center via Station Road. This walk should take about 15 minutes. Continue straight until you reach the pedestrian area of Broad Street, and then follow the signs to Abbot's Walk. Reading Abbey Ruins will be located at Abbot's Walk, RG1 3HW. If you prefer, you can also take a local bus from the station to the abbey.
