If you're driving, St Abb's Head is located just outside the village of Eyemouth. From Berwick-upon-Tweed, take the A1 southbound. After approximately 10 miles, take the exit toward Eyemouth (A1107). Continue on the A1107 into Eyemouth. Once you reach Eyemouth, follow the signs to St Abb's Head. You can park at the designated car park near the nature reserve entrance. Parking may incur a small fee, typically around £2 for a few hours.

To reach St Abb's Head via public transport, you can take a bus from Berwick-upon-Tweed to Eyemouth. Buses are operated by Borders Buses, and you can catch the number 253 or 60 services. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Eyemouth, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles to reach St Abb's Head. Follow the signs for the nature reserve, and enjoy the scenic route as you walk along the coastal path.
