If you are starting from Birmingham New Street Station, exit the station and head towards the main concourse. Once you are outside, turn left onto Navigation Street. Continue straight until you reach the pedestrian crossing at the end of the street. Cross over to the other side and you will see the entrance to the Bullring shopping center.
