Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Birmingham New Street Station, exit the station and head towards the main concourse. Once you are outside, turn left onto Navigation Street. Continue straight until you reach the pedestrian crossing at the end of the street. Cross over to the other side and you will see the entrance to the Bullring shopping center. Walk through the Bullring until you emerge onto High Street. From there, turn right onto Corporation Street and walk straight until you reach the junction with Broad Street. Turn left onto Broad Street and continue walking until you see Centenary Square on your right. The Library of Birmingham will be on your right at Centenary Square. Take the elevators to the 7th floor, and you will find The Secret Garden.

    From Birmingham New Street Station, head to the bus station located just outside the station. Look for buses that go towards Broad Street or Centenary Square. Bus numbers 9, 23, and 127 frequently service this route. Board the bus and enjoy the short ride. Get off at the Centenary Square stop.
