If you're driving, start from the Brecon Beacons Visitor Centre located in Libanus. Head southeast on the A470 towards Merthyr Tydfil. Continue on the A470 for about 20 miles, then take the exit toward A465/M4. Merge onto the A465 and follow signs for the M4. After about 7 miles, merge onto the M4 towards Newport. Continue on the M4 for approximately 10 miles and take exit 24 for A48 towards Newport. Follow signs for Caerleon and merge onto the A4042. Continue straight onto the High Street in Caerleon, where you will find the National Roman Legion Museum at High St, Caerleon, Newport NP18 1AE.
