Walking
From the city center of Derry, start at the Guildhall, which is located on Guildhall Square. Head southeast on Guildhall Street toward the river. Cross the pedestrian bridge to the opposite side of the River Foyle. Continue straight, then turn left onto the A2, also known as the Strand Road. Keep walking along Strand Road, and after about 20 minutes, you will see Lisfannon Park on your right. The park is a bit set back from the road, so look for the entrance signs.

From the city center, walk to the nearest bus stop located near the Foyleside Shopping Centre. Take bus number 142 heading to Buncrana. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the Lisfannon Park stop. The park entrance will be a short walk from the bus stop; just follow the signs that indicate Lisfannon Park.
