If you are starting from the Dundee City Centre, head towards the High Street. Walk along the High Street until you reach the junction with the Meadowside. Turn right onto Meadowside, and continue walking straight. You will see Albert Square on your left side. It is a prominent public square and should be easily recognizable.

From Dundee Bus Station, take any bus that goes towards the city centre. Most buses will drop you off near High Street. Once you disembark, walk towards the High Street and follow the same directions as above by turning right onto Meadowside. Albert Square will be a short walk ahead.

You can easily hail a taxi from anywhere in Dundee. Just inform the driver that you want to go to Albert Square, Meadowside, DD1 1EQ. The taxi will take you directly to the square, which is centrally located.
