Start from the city center of Dundee, preferably at the Dundee Waterfront area. From Discovery Point, head northwest on Riverside Drive. Continue straight as the road becomes South Marketgait. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto Perth Road (A85). Walk along Perth Road for approximately 0.7 miles. Keep an eye out for the Victoria Park entrance on your left. Enter the park and follow the paths until you reach the Rose Garden, located at 36 Jedburgh Rd, which is a short walk through the park.

From the city center, head to the nearest bus stop, which can be found near the Overgate Shopping Centre. Take bus number 15 towards Balgay Park. The journey will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Balgay Park' stop. From there, walk northeast along the road for about 0.2 miles, and you will find the Rose Garden at 36 Jedburgh Rd on your right.
