Car
If you are driving from any location in Isle of Jura, start by heading towards the ferry terminal at Port Askaig. Take the ferry to Kennacraig on the mainland, which typically takes about 30 minutes and costs approximately £15 for a car and driver. Once on the mainland, follow the A83 towards Lochgilphead. Continue on the A83 for around 20 miles until you reach Lochgilphead. From Lochgilphead, take the A816 towards Oban for about 5 miles. Look for an unnamed road on the left—this leads towards the Achnabreck Cup and Ring marks. There is limited parking available along this road, and you may need to walk a short distance to reach the viewpoint.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take the ferry from Port Askaig to Kennacraig. The ferry schedule may vary, so check the CalMac website for times. Once you arrive at Kennacraig, you can catch a bus (Service 423) towards Lochgilphead. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. When you arrive at Lochgilphead, you will need to switch to a local bus heading towards Oban (Service 456) and request to get off at the nearest stop to Achnabreck. After this, you may need to walk about 1 mile along the unnamed road to reach the Achnabreck Cup and Ring marks viewpoint.
