From the M65 motorway, take the exit for A682 towards Nelson. Follow A682 for approximately 3 miles until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto B6251 and follow signs for Blacko. Continue on this road for about 1 mile, and you will see Blacko Tower on your left. There is limited parking available near the tower, so please park responsibly.

For those using public transportation, take a train to Nelson Railway Station, which is the nearest station to Blacko Tower. From Nelson, you can catch a bus (Service 1 or 2) heading towards Blacko. The bus will drop you off at the nearest stop to Blacko Tower. The journey from Nelson to Blacko takes about 20 minutes. Once you get off the bus, it is a short 10-minute walk up Blacko Bar Road to reach the tower. Check the bus schedule in advance as services may vary.

From Barrowford, head north on the A6068 and turn onto Blacko Bar Road. The walk is approximately 2 miles and will take around 40 minutes.
